Yukon

Hi Naga,

It is best to install Yukon after installing Whidbey.

Hope this helps,
Appan
Thanks Appan,
Is there a sample app with ASP.NET 2.0 and Yukon? Thanks in advance.

If you go to the PDC Sessions on this site:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/events/pdc/agendaandsessions/sessions/default.aspx

And choose track Data Systems you will find slides about Yukon and with sample codes.

In the chapter 4 "ADO.Net and Sql Server Yukon" in the book "A First Look at ADO.NET and System.Xml v2.0" ISBN: 0-321-22839-1 you can find examples on many of the new features in "Yukon" that works with "Whidbey", like Sql Notification,UDT etc. If you have the possibility then buy this book because the book is greate.

Thanks for the book plug 8)

Samples from the book can be downloaded (and run) at http://www.ipona.com/samples/default.aspx. There is also a list of corrections - a few slipped through, plus some of the ADO.NET/XML ones needed corrections for Yukon.

Please note that this is running on a small server in my garage, through a small pipe, so performance isn't great.
